Getting Help During a Live Poker Session

Team online

Live Chat at the Table

If your stream drops mid-hand or a bet fails to register, open live chat from the same screen. The team can check your round status and confirm whether the hand was voided or settled.

Account Wallet Queries

Unsure why a Live Poker stake is showing as pending in your account wallet? Contact support with the hand ID shown in your session history and we will trace the transaction.

Table Access Issues

If a specific table — Casino Hold'em or Three Card Poker — shows as unavailable in your region, our team can confirm whether access depends on local law conditions in your area.

apkkiss Our Live Poker Tables Explained

Our Live Poker Tables Explained

The live poker section at apkkiss carries several distinct table formats. Casino Hold'em lets you go head-to-head against the dealer using community cards, while Three Card Poker settles each round in seconds — sharp for mobile sessions. Side Bet City from Evolution opens a faster lane where you pick hand combinations rather than playing a full round. All tables stream in HD

from studio floors managed by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Players in Subang Jaya reach the lobby in seconds on any device, with no separate download needed to join a table.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play and Studio Standards in Our Poker Lobby

Studio-Certified Shuffles

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live use certified random shuffles in their physical studios. Each deck cycle is logged by the provider, so the shuffle outcome is not controlled at our end.

Hand History on Your Account

Every hand you play in Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker or Side Bet City is recorded in your account history. You can review bets, outcomes and round IDs at any time after the session.

HD Stream Integrity

Tables stream directly from provider-managed floors. We do not re-encode or alter the feed, so the card visuals and dealer audio you receive are the same as any other player on that table.

Provider Audit Trail

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live publish their own certification documents. RTP and fairness data for specific tables is shown only where the provider exposes it in the game interface itself.

Live Poker Glossary — Key Terms for New and Returning Players

Quick plain-language definitions for the terms you will actually see inside the live poker lobby.

01
What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you compete against the dealer rather than other players. Both sides use two hole cards plus five community cards to form the strongest five-card hand.

02
What does 'ante bet' mean in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory starting wager placed before any cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em it must be placed to enter the hand, separate from any optional side bets available.

03
What is a 'call bet' at the live poker table?

After seeing your hole cards, a call bet doubles your ante to continue the hand. Folding forfeits the ante; calling keeps you in until the dealer reveals their cards.

04
What is Three Card Poker?

A fast-format live poker game dealt with three cards per hand. You win if your hand outranks the dealer's, and the round is complete within seconds — no community cards involved.

05
What is Side Bet City?

An Evolution game where you bet on the outcome of three-, five- or seven-card poker hands rather than playing against a dealer. Multiple hand zones can be active in the same round.

06
What does RTP mean at a live poker table?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of stakes returned over many hands. Live poker RTP figures are shown only where Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live expose them in the game interface.

Common Questions About Live Poker on apkkiss

These are the questions we hear most from players who are new to the live poker section or switching from RNG table games.

Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Side Bet City are the main formats available. All three run on Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live studios and stream continuously, subject to where local law permits access.

No separate download is needed. The live poker lobby opens in your mobile browser or on desktop directly. Tap a table name, wait for the stream to load, and place your ante to enter the hand.

Yes. Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker are both formatted for mobile screens. The bet controls and card display scale to your screen size automatically — no app installation required.

Winnings from each settled hand are added to your account wallet immediately after the round closes. You can see the round result and the updated balance in your account history straight away.

If you lose connection during a hand, the game server holds your position until the round resolves. Once you reconnect, the settled outcome and any payout will already be recorded in your account history.

Access to live poker on apkkiss depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If you are in a supported region of Malaysia, the lobby loads like any other section of the platform.
